This was such a memorable drawing session. I can still feel the warm glow of the heater in the room; casting a glowing light across model, fabric and beyond.
Penelope was so relaxed, nestled in the soft blankets. With this particular drawing I discovered a quality of mark, new to me... by dipping the chalk pastels into water... the textures and colour contrasts created were inspiring to me.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my work. Each piece is a one of a kind, a direct response to moments shared in the Life Room - a personal reflection
I like to work on 160mg paper exploring a diverse array of media, generally in response to how the mood takes me.
